6 Firms Steer 3 More IPOs Totaling $909M In Red-Hot Market
Law360 (September 16, 2020, 9:16 PM EDT) — Software tools provider JFrog, private markets investment firm StepStone and biotechnology firm Metacrine on Wednesday raised a total of $909 million in three initial public offerings, two of which priced above their ranges, tapping the services of seven law firms amid a furious week for capital markets.
JFrog Ltd., advised by Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC on U.S. legal matters and Meitar Law Offices on Israeli legal matters, raised $509 million after selling 11.6 million shares at $44 each. JFrog’s IPO price came above its upwardly revised range of $39 to $41.
